“The car that was provided for the 4 hour trip to Huacachina was tiny. I was crammed in the back of the boot. There was absolutely no leg room and it was the most uncomfortable 4 hours in a car I’ve ever experienced. The booking said comfortable air conditioned minibus will be provided this was not the case. It was also not a full sized seat and three people were crammed into the boot of the car. The journey was so painful. Communication with the tour group was shocking, we were given 2 different pick up points on the app, then someone messaged in very broken in English to meet…”
