“Our Homestay trip to Lake Titicaca was one of our favourite things we did on our South America trip. Our guide, Bruno, was exceptional. He had local knowledge, spoke perfect English and Spanish and made the whole trip super enjoyable! Our host family were great and we really enjoyed stayin with them. We also enjoyed all of the activities that Bruno organised like the Dance with the costumes, the hats demonstrations and the local performance on Taquille island. “Our guides were literally the best! We couldn’t have asked for better! The only thing we would recommend to improve on. My husband and I train tickets were not seats next to eachother and the whole group was on different trains on the ride back. The bag drop off and transportation back to our hotels process could improve. There was a lot of waiting around and extra steps that seems could be done more streamlined and organized especially when participants are tired and ready to go back to their hotels. Thank you!!”

“Great ! Juan Pablo is an excellent guide sharing in-depth knowledge along the way of villages, crops, geology, history, animals, birds and any topic you that tickled your curiosity. His driver Pablo was always there to help you and made sure we had a comfortable ride. First day lunch, dinner with local music and dancing followed by second day lunch were all very good quality and value for money if you chose to join in. After lunch on day two we changed buses for the ride to Puno which was similarly comfortable with a midway stop.”

“Très belle excusion, beaux paysages. La baignade dans les bains thermaux était également très bien. Le cout des repas n'ėtait parfois pas inclus et les boissons facturées très chères. La qualité des repas proposés ètait très moyenne. Le minibus utilisé pour l'excursion etait complet, c'était compliqué de ranger les valises et paquetages. Il aurait fallu un bus plus grand. “The Viagen agents were very supportive and punctual. They texted you to update status of the tour and the plan before the trip and standby for inquiries. In Sacred Valley, i was put in a main Spanish speaking group but Franco the guide translated everything in Eng, only to me. Bus is comfortable- small leg rooms but manageable. Instruction are clear where to go next. For MachuPiccu, I got a private tour (as I book only one month in advance). I decided to start at6am and I got MachuPiccu view without other tourists!”
